Questions? We’ve Got Answers

Do you have a plumber, electrician, painter, tiler, plasterer, etc?

Yes — we use our own trusted team of licensed subcontractors on every project. They’re the same crews we work with week in, week out, so quality stays consistently high.

Are you licensed for these works?

Yes. We hold an unconditional NSW Builder’s Licence. You can verify this via the Service NSW licence check by typing our business name into the search field.

Do you have Home Building Compensation (HBC) insurance?

Yes — we have the correct HBC cover. You can check this through the Service NSW link above by searching our business name.

Do you handle council approvals and plans?

Yes — we manage the entire process including plans, engineering, BASIX and council approvals.

Do you do small jobs or only big renovations?

We specialise in full renovations, extensions, bathrooms, kitchens and carpentry-led projects. For smaller patch-up jobs or handyman-style fixes, we can recommend trusted local partners.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Most projects book out several months ahead. If you're aiming for a specific timeframe (like a kitchen before Christmas or a bathroom before winter), it’s best to reach out early.

Do you provide fixed quotes or estimates?

We predominantly offer fixed quotes so you know exactly what to expect. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, some pricing may be provided as an estimate — but we always discuss this with you upfront so everything is transparent from day one.

How long will my renovation take?

Every project is different, but you’ll receive a clear, realistic timeline upfront and regular updates throughout the build.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

Often yes, depending on the scope. We’ll talk you through what to expect with noise, dust and safety so you can plan ahead.

Do you organise skip bins, deliveries and all site logistics?

Yes — we take care of all trades, materials, deliveries and rubbish removal so the project runs smoothly.

Will I have a main point of contact?

Yes — you’ll work directly with Kev for anything financial. For day-to-day updates, Sarge (our foreman) will be your main contact. For smaller jobs, your main contact may be one of our leading carpenters who run those projects.

Do you work with designers or architects?

Yes — we can work with your existing designer/architect or connect you with trusted local partners we collaborate with regularly.
