Kev’s the bloke you’ll hear before you see — big voice, bigger laugh. He’s quick with a joke and even quicker at making you feel at ease about your renovation plans. If you want honesty with a side of banter, Kev’s your man.

The real boss. Kassandra keeps the whole show running — from tradies to timelines. She’s the one making sure everything (and everyone) is where they should be. If you reckon building is chaos, wait until you see her make it look like clockwork.

Sarge is the calm in the storm. Creative, steady, and unflappable, he’s always got a solution up his sleeve and a cool head no matter what the site throws at him. Every crew needs their zen master — this is ours.

If there’s work going on, Travis is right in the middle of it. He’s the guy who’s always there, sleeves rolled up, setting the pace. Dependable, hands-on, and with an eye for detail — he’s the anchor every project needs.

Wilbur’s the one with the grin that never fades. Clients love him, especially the oldies who reckon he’s their favourite tradie on site. Friendly, reliable, and always good for a yarn — he’s as solid as they come.

Cam’s our gun. Fast, focused, and fiercely efficient, he’s the one who dives straight in and gets it done. He’s proof that quality and speed can go hand-in-hand (though don’t blink, or you might miss him).

The thinker of the crew. Ashton might not say much, but when he does, you know it’s worth listening to. Quiet, sharp, and always processing — he’s soaking it all in and shaping up to be one clever tradie.

The only girl on site — not that she needs the title. Kaleisha more than holds her own, and on some days she even shows the boys up with her strength. Determined, hardworking, and full of grit, she’s carving her own path and smashing it.

Kayla is the quiet engine room behind our projects. As Kassandra’s right hand, she keeps schedules neat, suppliers in the loop, and paperwork where it should be. She is first to pick up the phone, first to solve a hiccup, and the reason emails get answered fast. With Kayla on the desk, the team stays organised, our clients stay informed, and the small stuff never becomes big stuff.

Casey is our go-to skylight specialist at Skylight World and a handy all-rounder for the KRJ team. He brings clean installs, careful prep, and a positive, sleeves-up approach to every site. Whether he is cutting in a Solatube, lifting a VELUX, or lending a hand to keep timelines on track, Casey shows up cheerful, works neatly, and leaves spaces brighter in more ways than one.
